Based in San Diego, Kelsey Tadlock brings creativity, strategy, and a passion for storytelling to her role as Director of Marketing at Westview Real Estate. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Kelsey earned her degree in Real Estate and Marketing while competing as a Division I student-athlete, an experience that shaped the discipline, leadership, and work ethic she brings to every aspect of her career.

At Westview, Kelsey oversees the company's marketing initiatives, managing everything from luxury property campaigns and digital advertising to social media strategy, brand development, email marketing, and community engagement. Her goal is to ensure every listing is presented at the highest level while continuing to grow Westview's presence as one of North County San Diego's premier real estate brands. She believes great marketing goes beyond beautiful visuals—it's about telling the story of a home, showcasing the lifestyle it offers, and creating meaningful connections with buyers and sellers.

Before joining Westview full-time, Kelsey gained experience in luxury real estate marketing, where she developed a passion for combining creative design with data-driven strategy. As a licensed California real estate professional, she enjoys staying on top of market trends and understanding what motivates buyers and sellers, allowing her to create marketing that resonates with today's market.

During her time at the University of San Diego, Kelsey served as a team leader on the softball team and achieved one of the program's most memorable milestones by pitching a perfect game. Balancing Division I athletics with a double major taught her how to thrive under pressure, collaborate with others, and approach every challenge with determination—qualities that continue to define her professional approach.

Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys embracing the Southern California lifestyle. Whether she's playing pickleball, country dancing with friends, spending time at the beach, or exploring everything North County has to offer, she values building relationships and staying connected to the community she serves.
